Nanobiosym® is currently seeking top notch candidates to build its Operations team to help the Company scale up its operations.
Position Qualifications/Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in operations, finance, accounts payables, HR, wearing multiple hats, and managing day to day operations.
2. Background in technology is preferred, minimum of MS in scientific/mathematical discipline.
3. Seasoned in managing government (federal and state) grants/contracts, government audits, overhead cost proposals, budgeting and forecasting.
4. Experienced in overseeing accounts, and developing internal controls, fiscal policies and procedures
5. Will be required to provide monthly accounting reports, manage accounts payable, monitor operational expenses and report all accounting issues in a timely manner
6. Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and be able to meet deadlines on time.
7. Must have strong project management skills, and meet milestones while managing multiple tasks.
8. In conjunction with other team members, will develop and execute a plan for developing the company’s organizational capacity;
9. Will expand and maintain existing procurement/purchasing procedures;
10. Will manage facilities and relationships, vendor management/relations.
11. Must have excellent communication and writing skills
12. Be comfortable working with highly-sensitive and confidential material;
13. Experience in working with a young, hyper growth company;
14. Required Computer skills: Microsoft Project & Quickbooks.
